Users may elect to enroll in the Divorce Corp Referral Program (the “Referral Program”). Users that complete enrollment in the Referral Program will receive a code (the “Referral Code”). Once a Referral Code has been issued to a user (the “Referring User(s)”), purchases made by any user in the future entering the Referral Code will produce a referral credit of 10% of the product purchase price to the Referring User. The user making the purchase will receive a 10% discount off the total product purchase price.
Within 30 days of the end of every calendar quarter, Divorce Corp will issue referral payments to Referring Users (the “Referral Payment(s)”) if referral payments reach a minimum of $50. Any Referral Payment amount under $50 will be carried over to the next calendar quarter until the minimum amount is reached. Referral Payments will be mailed to the address listed above. Divorce Corp shall not be responsible for Referral Payments lost due to incorrect addresses provided by Referring Users or failure to redeem Referral Payment checks in a timely manner. Divorce Corp shall offset current or future Referral Payments for any returned items originally purchased using the Referral Code.
By clicking on the acceptance box of this section, the Referring User: (1) acknowledges that the Referring User has read and agrees to terms of the Referral Program set forth above and the Terms and Conditions set forth on the Divorce Corp website; and, (2) acknowledges that the Referring User is acting as an independent contractor to Divorce Corp; and, (3) agrees to provide a tax identification number or social security number via a completed and signed W9 Form to Divorce Corp at ProductReferrals@DivorceCorp.com. Divorce Corp will issue a form 1099 to the Referring User as required by the Internal Revenue Code.
